X International Colloquium of Human Rights - Applications open until June 30th

The X International Colloquium of Human Rights, organized by Conectas Human Rights, will be held in São Paulo between October 9th and 16th, 2010. The topic will be "Regional and International Human Rights Systems: Challenges for Civil Society Participation”.
Given the central theme of the X Colloquium, we encourage activists, who have had previous experience in engaging with regional systems or who wish to broaden their expertise on these mechanisms, to apply.
Information necessary for completing your application is available on our website: http://www.conectas.org/coloquio. We have a limited number of partial and full scholarships available.
Remember that the Colloquium activities will have translation into three languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish. Candidates are required to have a good working knowledge of one of these languages.
